Interreg Europe organised a major event called “Experience Fair – Journey through project implementation” in Sofia, Bulgaria on 24-25 April 2018. 100+ representatives of approved Interreg Europe projects took part in the event, which took account of the progress and main achievements of Interreg Europe so far and offered a great opportunity for learning and networking. Focal areas of the fair were (1) Interreg Europe stat of play; (2) Mobilising stakeholders; (3) Transferring practices and experiences; (4) Achieving results: action plan and improving policies; (5) Exchange of tools and templates. Among others, in the section “Mobilising Stakeholders” the LOCARBO project had the opportunity to present their good practices in the field. In the section “Achieving results: action plans and improving policies”, the lead partner of HoCare presented their action plan and example of policy change to the audience. The Experience Fair was organised together with the Lead Partner Seminar on project management and financial management for the 3^rd call winning projects.
